I offer freelance painting and design services. After receiving my Fine Arts degree at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2010, I have worked as a freelance artist for 11 years. Recent commissioned projects include:
maintained a consistent relationship with the Bladium Athletic Club in Alameda, CA, painting their CrossFIt logos on 10ft X 20ft wall ball boards (front and back replicas) fifteen feet in the air, completed twice for two different logos.
continue to have artwork up in different stores and cafés in the San Francisco Bay Area, while conducting gallery openings with great turnout and sales.
worked with start-up companies such as; "Laced Up", "Frying Saucers", "Munchies n' More", and "Whole Herbs" to develop eye-catching logo designs.
produced multiple commissioned paintings and murals for clients who have a specific style, color, and subject matter in mind from their favorite photograph, memory or imagination.
created the brand and designs for Falling Coconut: handmade wearable art.
Examples:
"Boat Graveyard" Oil on Canvas 36" X 36" This commissioned piece was created for a couple who traveled throughout South America for six months. After returning home from their adventures, they wanted one of their photographs from their trip to be recreated into a painting. The clients and I worked together, going through their pictures and discussing the thrills and hardships of being on the road for six months and exploring a new culture. Once they decided on a photograph, I used all the knowledge they shared with me to produce a piece that exuberates the vibrant and diverse lifestyle they were a part of in South America.
"One Market" Oil on Canvas 52" X 60" This was a piece of artwork commissioned by a client who works in the financial district of San Francisco. The client had a very clear image in his head of what he wanted created. We worked together in finding a way his place of business, One Market, would best be represented on the embarcadero with beautiful bay views. After many sketches and in-depth communication on style, color, and layout, it was rewarding to collaborate and discover the same visual perception.
